  Python is a high-level programming language and it is considered as scripting language like Ruby or Perl and is often used for creating Web applications and dynamic Web content.
• It is developed by Guido van Rossum at Centrum Wiskunde & Information (CWI) in the Netherlands during 80's.
• It is an interpreted language.
